Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of vumyo, its constituent products (Sign, Slot, Secure, Sphere, Squad, Seek, Signal, Supply, Sutra), and the corporate site at vumy.net, all operated by VUMY Technologies (the "Company"). By creating an account or using the services you accept these Terms.
1. The services
VUMY Technologies provides an integrated platform for people operations, delivered as the vumyo workspace. Each capability is available individually or as part of the integrated platform. Account sign-up, billing, and product use happen on vumyo.com. The corporate site at vumy.net is informational only.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and not subject to sanctions imposed by your or our governing law.
3. Accounts and workspaces
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Workspace owners are responsible for managing roles and access (see the security overview for tenant isolation).
4. Acceptable use
You agree to the Acceptable Use Policy, including: no ghost jobs, no candidate misrepresentation, no auto-rejection without reason, no AI-fabricated identities, no scraping, no unsolicited bulk communication. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
5. Pricing and payment
Paid tiers are billed in advance per the plan you choose at vumyo.com. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or under our SLA service-credit policy.
6. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all content you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant VUMY Technologies a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the services. We process Personal Data per the Data Processing Addendum and the Privacy Policy.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with at least the same care it uses for its own (and no less than reasonable care).
8. Intellectual property
VUMY Technologies retains all rights in the vumyo platform, the constituent products, the wordmark, and the underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or rebrand the services.
9. Service levels
Paid tiers are covered by the Service Level Agreement. Free tier is "as available."
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or the AUP, for non-payment, or where required by law. You may terminate any time from workspace settings. On termination, Customer Data is exported and deleted per the DPA.
11. No warranty
Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VUMY Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VUMY Technologies' total liability is limited to the fees paid by you to VUMY Technologies in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability. No party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to VUMY Technologies' place of registration. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in that venue.
14. Changes
We will notify customers of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
