Sign — capabilities

Signing that holds up to audit.

Sign is available standalone or as part of the vumyo platform.

Public signing tokens

Send a document; the recipient signs from a secure link. No account required, no portal sign-up.

Real-time certificate validation

Every signature is validated against the issuing authority at the moment of signing. Revoked certificates are rejected immediately, not flagged later in audit.

Identity-bound when required

Optionally require government-issued ID, liveness, or voice attestation through Secure before a signature is captured — for offers, master service agreements, and other high-trust documents.

Public verifier

Anyone with an envelope reference can independently verify signer identity, document integrity, and certificate validity at vumyo.com/sign/verify. Trust without granting access to the workspace.

Per-envelope audit log

Every event — sent, opened, signed, declined — is captured with timestamp, network context, and verification artifacts. Export-ready for compliance reviews.

FAQ

Frequently asked.

Can the signer be anonymous?
No. Even with token-based signing, the envelope is bound to the recipient's email. Sign can additionally require government-ID, liveness, or voice attestation through Secure for identity-bound signing.
How does Sign compare to dedicated signature providers?
Sign is a complete electronic signature stack — not a bolt-on. Its differentiation is operating on the same record as scheduling, identity, and the surrounding workflow, eliminating the integration burden between separate signature and workflow systems.
How is a signed document independently verified?
Any party with the envelope reference can verify signer identity, document integrity, and certificate validity at vumyo.com/sign/verify.
What happens if a certificate is revoked?
Certificates are validated against the issuing authority at the moment of signing. Revoked certificates are rejected before the signature is recorded.
Can identity verification be required on a specific envelope?
Yes. Per-envelope policy can require government-issued ID, liveness, or voice attestation through Secure.
